Delivery & Returns
We currently ship Pure French Soaps to the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States of America.
All of our products are carefully packed by hand at our storage facility in Warwickshire. All packaging materials are eco-friendly, biodegradable, recyclable and plastic free.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt (weekdays). Orders received at the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will be dispatched on the Monday immediately following (excluding Bank or Public Holidays).
All orders should arrive within 3-5 working days. However please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and either offer you an alternative, a refund, or dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
When you place your order, the delivery charge will be automatically calculated at the checkout, based on the weight of your items. The weight of each item can be found on the relevant product page. For International orders exceeding 2kg, please email us your requirements and we will provide you with options and costs based on the weight and dimensions of your order. All International deliveries are sent via a tracked and signed for service.
Our main UK delivery method is by Royal Mail 48 for orders up to 2kg, however we may also use different couriers from time to time.

We offer Free UK Standard delivery on all orders over £45. Free delivery is not applicable to International shipments.
UK delivery is by Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 both of which are offered at checkout. For any special requests or urgent deliveries please do not hesitate to contact us on 01926 651908 and we’ll see what we can do to help.
Our business hours are 9am until 5pm; Monday to Friday, (excluding Bank and Public Holidays). There may be periods, due to holidays where there will not be anyone available to process your orders. These dates will be posted on our home page in advance.

If there are any issues with the French Soaps order that you place we will keep you informed and please be reassured that if we are unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason you will receive a full refund.
Returns and Refunds.
If you need to return an item, please contact us either by calling us on 01926 651908 (Mon - Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm) or email us at , with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If you change your mind.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your French Soaps order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.
If you cancel your order but do not return the goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.
If you are not happy with your French Soaps purchase.
You may return new, unused items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from it.
However you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Once the products you wish to return have been received by us, a refund for the agreed amount will be actioned to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days from return for this process to be completed.
If your French Soaps package or items are damaged.
We make every effort to ensure that the products that we send to you are of the best quality, carefully packaged and undamaged at the time of dispatch. Unfortunately items may become damaged in transit and this is due to circumstances beyond our control.
If you do receive your package and it, or the items within in are damaged, them please call us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or alternatively offer you a refund.
