Sodium Percarbonate is a versatile cleaning agent that does not contain any preservatives and is an essential ingredient in your DIY laundry routine. It’s basically an eco-friendly, safe, non-toxic, biodegradable alternative to chlorine bleach.  It can be used to effectively remove stains from fabrics, neutralise unpleasant odours and so much more. In addition, it also has many other household uses so it’s a true multi-purpose cleaning product and ingredient.

LAUNDRY:

When dissolved in water at over 40°C, it releases oxygen which acts as a powerful stain remover and disinfectant.  Added to your homemade liquid detergent it can brighten faded laundry, so it's ideal for whitening and deodorising old linens and yellowing whites (see directions for use).

HOUSEHOLD:

Sodium percarbonate is also a product with multiple household applications.  It’s a great killer of bacteria, fungi, viruses and mildew and can be used to remove traces of mould from grout between tiles or from sanitary fittings.  It’s also a great home deodoriser, floor cleaner and carpet spot cleaner.

Sodium Percarbonate is rapidly being recognised as a new multi-use home and garden cleaner and can even be used as a very effective exterior algae removal agent and moss killer.  This is one eco-friendly product that covers a multitude of uses in the house and garden and since it has no environmental impact, it has got to be at the top of your eco home shopping list.
